No. Stake is not legal in Ontario.

It is not on the iGaming Ontario player directory. A Curaçao footer, a crypto cashier, and a “coming soon” Stake.ca page are not an iGO registration. Ontario play is iGO-listed operators only, 19+. Do not VPN.

What “legal in Ontario” actually means
