Editorial guidelines

The Trust Gauge is not for sale. Affiliate hops, when present, are disclosed and only attach at 60+. The unit is the scoring URL, not the logo. Canada is four legal regimes, not one ranking table. Score moves are public.

Independence

Affiliate links may appear on Visit site buttons for casinos at Trust Gauge 60+. Below 60, no hop. They never set rank. Featured and bonus-desk modules follow Gauge order. High-risk brands stay visible with a do-not-deposit label. ROC hops are not a substitute for iGO or AGLC.

Market desks — file the URL

The unit is the scoring URL, not the logo. A three-way or four-way brand split is more files, not one blended ranking. Same logo in another market is a sister Gauge — do not mix integers.

  • iGO URL → Ontario desk only (19+).
  • AGLC / AiGC URL → Alberta desk only (18+). Private market from 13 July 2026.
  • Separate leftover-province URL (own host or path, own T&Cs and cashier) → Rest of Canada geography desk. Gauge 60+ may hop. That hop is not legal in Ontario or Alberta.
  • B.C. stays PlayNow. Quebec stays Espacejeux. No private-market twin for those crowns.
  • Same T&Cs and same cashier as the iGO or AGLC product is not a new file. Do not invent an ROC twin.

Evidence

Licence numbers must resolve on the regulator site. Desk files cover T&Cs, owner, RG, and complaint themes. Complaint themes need more than a single forum post. The Gauge lives on How we score. Score moves live on the changelog.

Freshness

We date pages when the file changed — not as a monthly stamp for its own sake. The changelog lists score moves and desk notes. A note can land when the Gauge integer did not move.

Corrections

Operator or reader errors: the desk updates the review and logs the move. We do not silently rewrite a 72 into a 90. Cite the changelog event, not a screenshot of an old table. How to quote a live integer is on how to cite.
