ROC is a geography desk, not a licence. It covers provinces and territories that are not Ontario’s iGO market, Alberta’s AGLC market, BCLC PlayNow, or Loto-Québec Espacejeux. The unit is the scoring URL, not the logo. An iGO URL stays on the Ontario desk. An AGLC URL stays on the Alberta desk. Visit hops may attach at Trust Gauge 60+. Below 60, no hop. Do not treat an ROC hop as legal in Ontario or Alberta.
