TrustFacts.ca is published by Brent Henderson. This policy describes what we collect when you use the site. We do not operate casinos or hold player funds.
What we collect
- Email address, age confirmation, and optional channel preferences if you subscribe to the briefing.
- Player reviews you choose to file (handle, rating, comments, casino).
- Standard server and hosting logs (IP, user agent, URL) from our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and reliability.
What we do not collect
We do not run a third-party ad pixel or analytics tag on this site today. We do not ask for payment details. Affiliate visit links send you to an operator; their privacy policy applies after you leave TrustFacts.
Why we collect it
Subscriptions exist to send score-move notes you asked for. Reviews exist to publish next to the Trust Gauge. Logs exist to keep the site up and investigate abuse. We do not sell your email. We do not sell Trust Gauge scores.
Your rights
