How to read these online casino ratings

The Trust Gauge rating is a public 0–100 editorial score from The Gauge: seven pillars, 30 signals. The pillars are licensing 15, payments 15, player safety 15, fairness 15, transparency 15, responsible gambling 15, and complaints 10, for a max of 100. It isn’t a popularity list, and it isn’t sold. Player reviews sit next to the desk score but don’t move it.

Casino ratings: hop versus listed

Visit hops may attach at a Trust Gauge rating of 60+. Below 60, no hop. Brands we tell you not to use stay in this table to keep the index honest, because hiding a 43 is how ranking sites become ads. ROC hops aren’t legal in Ontario or Alberta. Ontario players: iGO only, 19+. Filter this table or open the Ontario online casinos list. Alberta: AGLC, 18+. Either way, filter to the market you’re in, then open the file.

Who these casino ratings are not for

If you need a licensed-market list, start on that desk rather than this mixed index. Ontario is iGO, 19+. Alberta is AGLC, 18+. Great Britain is UKGC, 18+. A United States 21+ state desk isn’t a Canadian licence. Welcome bonuses are on the casino bonuses page, and the pillar-by-pillar comparison is on compare.

Online casino ratings FAQ

What is the Trust Gauge index?
Every brand TrustFacts currently scores, including the ones we tell you not to use. Rankings follow the public 0–100 Trust Gauge (seven pillars, 30 signals), not a bonus sheet. Rank is never sold. Method: The Gauge.
Does a high Trust Gauge mean TrustFacts recommends I deposit?
No. The integer is an editorial score. Visit hops may attach at 60+. Below 60, no hop. Before you deposit, confirm the live register and the operator’s current T&Cs. Some visit links may be affiliate links.
Can Ontario or Alberta players use any brand on this index?
No. Ontario play is iGO-listed operators only, 19+. Alberta play is AGLC-listed brands only, 18+. A rest-of-Canada hop isn’t legal in those markets. Filter this table or open the Ontario or Alberta desk.
Why are low scores still listed?
Because hiding a 43 is how ranking sites become ads. Brands we tell you not to use stay visible so the index stays honest. Player reviews sit next to the desk file and don’t move the integer.
