TrustFacts is not a casino18+ / 19+ / 21+ by market

TrustFacts publishes independent Trust Gauge scores. We do not operate games, hold player funds, issue licences, or take bets.

  • A review is not a recommendation to gamble and is not personal financial advice.
  • Confirm the live regulator register and the operator’s current T&Cs on the URL you join. Pages here can lag a licence change.
  • VPN or fake-location tools to enter a licensed market are usually a terms breach and can freeze funds.
  • The Gauge is not for sale. Rank order is score-first.
  • If play is no longer fun, stop. Help lines are listed per market below.
  • International: Local emergency services if you are in crisis. This site is not clinical advice.
Affiliate / advertising disclosureApplies to Visit site hops

Some Visit site buttons may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up. That money does not set the Gauge.

  • Hops attach at Trust Gauge 60+ when a hop URL exists. Below 60, no hop.
  • Tracked hops use rel="sponsored". Untracked official URLs are placeholders until a tracker is pasted.
  • Crown sites (PlayOLG, PlayNow, Espacejeux, PlayAlberta) often have no affiliate programme — the button still goes to the official URL.
  • Welcome-offer copy on this site is a pointer. The operator’s live T&Cs win.
  • Brands below 60 stay in the index without a hop. Sweepstakes coins are not a real-money cashier. An ROC hop is not iGO or AGLC.
United States — state iGaming only21+

There is no federal online-casino licence. Legal real-money iGaming is geo-fenced by state. Sweepstakes and grey .ag sites are not that licence.

  • Legal age is 21 in the iGaming states we score. Sports-legal is not automatically casino-legal (example: New York).
  • You must be physically in the licensed state. VPN play is a terms and often a criminal-adjacent risk.
  • NJ DGE, PA PGCB, MI MGCB, WV, and CT compact products are separate files even under the same brand.
  • Stake.us, Chumba, Pulsz and other sweepstakes casinos are not DGE/PGCB iGaming. They do not get a hop on this desk.
  • State self-exclusion (for example NJ and PA) is stronger than an operator-only cool-off.
