Instant payout is not a licence
Minutes-class crypto after KYC is a cashier speed. It is not a regulator, an ADR, or a skip-ID promise.
The clock that actually matters
Affiliate pages quote the ten minutes after the cashier already approved the request. The real clock starts when you hit withdraw: document queue, risk review, then Interac, card, or chain time. A three-day ID hold plus a ten-minute USDT send is not instant.
We put minutes-class brands on the Instant Payout desk so you can compare them. We also cap licensing when the paper is Curaçao-class. Speed and protection are different categories.
KYC still shows up
No-upfront-KYC sign-up is a marketing line. Most of those files ask for documents at cashout. Finish ID before you leave a balance on site, especially if you are treating crypto as the whole product.
Market rules still win
Ontario, Alberta, UKGC, and US-state players must use those licensed desks. An offshore minutes-class cashier is not a workaround. VPN play is a terms breach and often worse.
