How the desk files a score move
Licence, cashier, or responsible-gambling tooling changes go on the changelog and the public audit trail the same day. Bonus size is not a trigger. We do not silently rewrite a 72 into a 90. Rank is never sold.
What triggers a move
A register hit or miss, a desk cashier check, a named ADR appearing or disappearing, a complaint theme that repeats, or an RG tool that was advertised and is not there. Bonus size is not a trigger.
Where you can check our work
The changelog lists the move. The public audit trail carries an event id. Methodology publishes The Gauge. If we were wrong, the correction is another event — not a quiet rewrite.
