ROC desk files leftover-province URLs only. The unit is the scoring URL, not the logo. /roc now lists geography files only — no iGO, AGLC, PlayNow, or Espacejeux URL. A brand with a separate leftover-province cashier gets its own ROC file. Dual-tagged ontario·roc or alberta·roc rows stay on the licensed desk. Gauge integers unchanged. Casino aliases stay disabled.
